But time? Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Time is an irretrievable resource.
Every distraction, delay, unnecessary meeting, last-minute change and inefficient process quietly takes something from you that you can never get back.
And here’s the part we often forget:
Time has a hidden cost.
Every delay adds to the real cost of getting the job done. Every inefficiency eats into your margins, your energy and sometimes even your sanity.
Time is finite.
It cannot be stored.
It cannot be bought back.
It cannot be replaced.
So treat it like the valuable resource it is.
Manage your time — or someone else will.
And as Event Planners, we should be the ones deciding where our time goes. ??
